Revisiting Öschinensee, the Artistic (versus Autisic) Way

So, these pix are the ones that Garrett did of our little jaunt to Öshinensee. I was so proud of my little "paint-by-numbers" photos, but these shots are much more enticing to all our upcoming guests (hint, hint).
I will have to further prove our nerd-dom by saying that Garr's second pix, with the sunlight beams streaming down on that little Swiss town remind me of Gandolf riding down the mountain with those horsemen to kill those nasty orkses.

WOW!!! That looks like an amazing vacation. We are jealous. You might just talk me into going to Germany after all. I can't believe your kids can hike like that. Mine whine when I take them around the block! Keep posting I love to hear about your adventures.

We went to Rhein Falls - but the pictures we took were not nearly as fabulous! I think you guys have found your "hobby" while in Germany. How fun!

My goodness. That's it. That's all I have left. I hope you've eaten all the chocolate in Europe. *feels elated* Yeah, that does make me feel better.

Is it really that gorgeous? Are you guys really there?? (I have my suspicions that Garrett just photoshopped the boys into that last one!). Ha,ha. That's awesome. Your picture of the sun shining down from 'Lord of the Rings' made Paul want to go watch the movie... pretty inspiring :)

Amazing pictures! I need to save my pennies so I can come visit. You get to see this stuff every day? Lucky!

Wow - truly beautoful pictures. When we come (see I didn't see if like all the rest of your so-called "friends") I want to go hiking. Looks like I'll have to get in shape first, though - which is no small task considering...
